Availability of monthly rent (max 30 days), after proper agreements with the customer.

All the above-reported prices include all the consumptions (water, energy, gas, heating), kitchen usage, flatware, free wi-fi, bath towels (changed every 3 days), bed linen (changed every week) and final cleaning.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES (with fee):

- Crib/infant bed for kids less than 12Kg weight - 4 €/night
- Person extra (no additional bed) - 11 €/night
- Person extra (an additional bed - camp bed collapsible) - 16 €/night
- On demand extra apartment cleaning - 10 €/hour
- Transport service from and to the Orio al Serio International Airport (Milan - Bergamo airport) or from/to Bergamo railways station - To be agreed

The remaining part of the bill must be paid at the time of arrival.

ACTIONS AT ARRIVAL:

At the time of the arrival, the customer has to show at the reception a valid ID Card for the purpose of check-in presences registration, as expected by the law.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

In case of cancellation, the customer has the right of being refund of the advanced payment only if the cancellation is communicated at least 30 days before the expected arrival.

In case of no-show, the customer will be asked to pay the whole bill of the booking.
